Posted by: tgcorley at Sun Sep 14 17:16:36 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by tgcorley ] Regarding that last snake, I know from experience that they can live a long time -- about 8 years ago my wife and kids were at a snake show with me, wandered off and came back with a "free to a good home" special -- a bloodred corn snake hatchling with exactly the same kind of deformity. He's a nice pet, but I never let him breed in case his problem is genetic and not just developmental. That being said, I think I would have recycled him as kingsnake food if my wife would not have killed me . . . | ||
