Coat each snake liberally in vegetable oil, let them crawl around the bathtub or sink to avoid a mess. Clean the cage THOROUGHLY, preferably with hot water*. Do the same to anything else like branches or water bowls they have in the cage. Throw out all of the old substate, replace it once you have cleaned the cage. Use the mite stuff named in the other post for extra precautions. Rincse off the snakes, put them back. For the next week, keep using the vegetable oil trick to suffocate the rest that may hatch out. This has always worked for me. I have only needed to do this once and I have never had mites since. Hope this helps | ||
