However, There are a lot of fools out there that do let their pets go. Tell me how an aligator ends up in the Chicago River. Its not saying you can not have it, they just want to make sure you can keep it and if they do find it your in trouble. A responsible person like you or I would report this if you lost it. Because we love our hobby. Not everyone is like us. Some fool who buys a retic or burm at a show for 50 bucks and says ok it lost its luster and lets it go could care less what happens. So if they have to get a lic this should sway them away. It is a pain for you and I but if we get to keep buying them, then hey, who cares. | ||
