RE: ROC licenses in Florida

Actually down here it is firmly believed by most (including myself)that the burms in the Everglades are directly linked to hurricane Andrew. I have no doubt that a few animals have been released or escaped, but these would be isolated incidents. There are not nor has there ever been droves of people heading to the swamp to free their pets. I also feel that if the state wants to focus in on harmful invasive species look into the problems with feral cats (the health risks and environmental impact is much greater with them). Now I'll get off my soapbox.
