He arrived very cold so I put him in a warm shower (80-85 degrees), ran it for 20-30 minutes, and left him alone. Then when I put him in his new cage, he acted as if he had never been allowed to hide before. He hid for about 26 hours straight. Then yesterday he slowly ventured out of his cave to get some food, then very hesitantly and reluctantly took a small amount of food from my hand. Today, after a little big of coaxing, he came to me and ate a bunch of food from my hand and let me pet him on the tail without freaking out. I’ve named him Neltharion and I look forward to having a long and fulfilling relationship with him. He’s about 2 years old and between 2.5-3 feet. Here are the pics, enjoy! | ||
