Hey all, I don't post a lot, but I thought I'd share my first hopeful of the season with everyone!

I put these two, my albino male Loki and my 66% poss. het albino female reverse stripe, together awhile back and got some good courting going on steady for almost a month...

Then, having missed ovulation, or so I thought... I gauged by her last recorded shed (she missed shed cycles) and refusal to eat that she could be about halfway through gestation. UNFORTUNATELY, unless it was a hallucination, she looked to have swallowed a football around the 16th and 17th of this month. I really thought she was farther along, less than two months from birth... all the signs pointed to it, but unless she got out of her cage, fed herself from the freezer, and hopped back in... I guess I have a long wait ahead of me after the post ov shed! You can see her scales parting even now, only 12 days or so after the bulge...

I'd like to hope I'm wrong ;p I've never caught ovulation before, but hard to miss on a boa who hasn't been eating for nearly two months. Dang it! I took a few pictures of the Ov. but it didn't show up well, so I'm not posting them...

For fun, here are some pics I took randomly...

I picked this gal up from Marc Solis. She is a hypo het anery... possible het albino... she isn't the best looking hypo, which is why I got an awesome deal on her, but she has these spooky white eyes... I hope she proves out as a triple het in a couple years...

My very sexy hypo het anery from my friend Matt at MB reptiles... she is so HOT, very pink, I will have to post better pictures later.

My albino gal, Hope...

And a little off topic, but here's one of my Mandarin ratsnake too...

Thanks for looking!!
