moldy egg

Ok so I have a egg incubating at 84-86 temp wise. Today I noticed some mold growing on the top of it! How do i stop this from happening? i have heard of rubbing foot powder on it... does this work? Are there any other suggestions? I know that the egg is fertile and dont want to loose it! Help please, Thanks for any posts
