Once a small percentage "partner" stole a group of 6.3 adult proven Galapagos Tortoises and sold them to another friend of mine right here in Fl. and the cops said it was civil and not criminal and the "partner" absconded to Canada and I couldn't afford to buy the Tortoises back and my "friend" in Fl. refused to give them back. This happened in 1990. So much for trust and friendship. By the way the "partner" had been a friend for 20 years at least.....TC....Talk about a SERIOUS MONEY LOSS!!!!LOL
