Baby Boa Has a Drinking Problem...

Help! My triple het for moonglow doesn't look so good. She eats fine weekly, but she still looks skinny. I have never seen her drink water. I don't know what to do. Right now I have a bowl with water in it, and a clean ashtray(so its shorter) with water in it. She doesn't seem interested. Anyway, any experiences and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
