If she has decent weight put a male in. She'll act the same with unfertilized ova as if she has fertilized ova. So I believe you might as well take advantage of her situation. She will behave as though she is gravid even with unfertilized ova mine have. I'm not sure if I'm making my point clearly here. I wouldn't waste taking a season off.Never had a sperm retention situation myself cannot comment. Have read that its very possible.
