I would love to see the Boot Key hatchlings. Do they all have orange ventral scales? I had one when I was a kid. It was sold to me as a run of the mill corn, which back then I beleived. As I researched more and learned I realized it was a rosy. It was a good feeling as a kid to be able to identify something correctly and that cemented my love of snakes. I plan on going to the keys this spring, maybe I'll see one and get a pic.
