Well I don't know if this helps you out at all since you posted this back in Oct. 08 but Hypo is a gene that reduces dark pigment(black). And a dragon would have to have all clear nails from birth to be a true hypo. I have been personally seen dragons get clear nails as adults when they are not hypos or even have it in there bloodlines. So to be sure you need to know if it hatched with them or not. But the blue eyes could just be from her linage or you may have something new! True Leucistics are solid white aniamls with black or blue eyes and clear nails. But when I say blue or black I mean the entire eye is that solid color. If you google it you will see what im talking about. Good luck with her!
