I'm no expert by any means, but from what I've heard, lighter color and white outlines on black can be "common" in clown hets. There are always exceptions though, I have a 1.1 of 100% clown hets and the female is lighter colored with more white, however the male looks like a completely normal ball, darker and hardley any white creeping up, so IMO I wouldn't necessarily trust those "markers".
