No, I haven't eaten a python egg. But on a related note, I did find a local craftsman (here in New Orleans) who offered to make belts out of my breeders when they die. I can't decide if it would be a really cool and unique way to commemorate my treasured animals, to be able to celebrate their natural beauty for years to come, or if it's just downright creepy... akin, perhaps, to stuffing your dog and placing him on the mantle.
Hmm... ----- 1.0 ball python (Python regius)
1.1 hypo apricot pueblan milksnake (Lampropeltis triangulum campbelli)
1.1 hypo tangerine honduran milksnake (Lampropeltis triangulum hondurensis)
0.1 montane egg eater (Dasypeltis atra)
0.1 woma (Aspidites ramsayi)
2.0 calabar python (Charina reinhardtii)
1.1 bismark's ringed python (Bothrochilus boa)
