Only pelias refused eventually to go over to mice (fuzzies). They like a forest terrarium, spagnum or cypress mulch are both fine. Daily misting recomended. Though I have been bitten by these snake (a few hundred times?). Only once did I recieve what I call a noticeable envenomation and that was from a three foot paradisi. I had localized swelling for about 45 min (bite on heel of thumb) accompanied by minor burning. After that all symptoms disappeared except for two days I kept getting charliehorses (cramps) at the bite site. two days later the same snake nailed me again and there was no effect...even though I let him chew awhile (not recommending this...but I was curious..)Frank...Never could download that photo | ||
