Question on Woma temp. range

Being in a room with the room being heated by a heater. What would be the ideal temperature range for Womas. There is some drop of temperature t night. The drop might be 5 degrees. What should I try to keep it at. I don't own the pair but the person I share the room with does. He has no problem letting the room go over 90 degrees. I don't think thats needed and a total waste but just looking for some opinions.
