I tried looking on the internet a couple years ago, but I really didn't find anything that just jumped out at me as being the best make or model. They make digital baby scales (for human babies) that may fit the right range, though I am not sure they would be accurate low enough.

I use an old digital veterinary scale that measures to hundredths of pounds. My dad bought it many years ago, so I don't really know what to tell you about where to find one, but my point is you don't have to have a scale that will measure in grams either. Units can be converted pretty easily! My scale is accurate up to 25 lbs, and very very low as well. Plenty of accurate range for a BP!

Try an ebay, Google, or CraigsList search for a "veterinary scale" and see what comes up. Also try "baby scale" or "infant scale" - though the tray on a baby scale is usually shaped to cradle the infant, and might be inconvenient.
