Cages that size would be alright for the ball, a little snug for the rainbow but too small for the redtail, atleast as an adult. i would recommend building your own cages, you could have one big one for the red tail and since you want the on top of each other the other cages would have to be the same dimensions, the best way to get around having a ball in a cage the same size as the boa would be to make dividers in the other cages(i make mine removable in case i want the extra space later on). sorry if thats a little confusing but it does work pretty well if you have some handy skills with cage building. good luck! ----- www.myspace.com/ThirdDimensionReptiles
