It does look like a vanilla in my opinion. The thing is, the vanilla trait is effected big time on the normal genes involved. Breed a vanilla to light females and produce screamers that nobody will ever question, or breed to dark females and get not so great examples of the morph. I do know that the individuals you bought from have one if the first super males ever released to the public so if yours came from that male it has to be a vanilla, no questions asked. Here is my original pair of vanilla's to show how they can vary. Both are stunning examples but the female came out of a high orange breeding that has passed on to her.
