I have had only one DOA

I have had only one DOA which was actually a DOD "dead on delivery" to my customer. Heat packs did it. That's thousands of individual shipments over twenty years. The animal had signs of over heating. I have not used heat packs since. Some 14 years or so shipping from the frozen waste land of Minnesota!

It does make sense though that deli cups make the animal more likely to severe stress if it poops or peeps. (Peeps is a technical term for taking a leak).

I have only shipped Boas though... no Balls yet... yet.
