Here is an adult male I got from John Berry a few years ago. As you can see, he kept his nice red color. I also put in a photo of one of his sons from this year. As you can see, some of them keep their colors but I have seen some(even Hypo Bloods) that didn't. Give John Berry a shout. The ones that I have seen from him all have stayed red into adulthood.
