I build one just like the one in the link, but I did not cut windows in the top or drill holes in the side for the thermostat.



It worked great - I had a 100% hatch rate. The one foot of flexwatt was perfect. Just enough heat. It takes awhile to normalize, but the water bottles really help stabilize the temps.



It fits 8 6q sterilite containers.
