New Rainbow

Hey guys I just got my first BRB and i wanted to know if this setup is okay. The temp on the cool side is low to mid 70's (about 72 degrees) and warm side is about 85. The humidity is about 100% percent and i cant get it to go down. I tried drilling hole and have a small water dish. I want to know if the humidity is too high.
