black dimpled eyes on my ball

My ball has black eyes, no color or anything, just a flat black, with a line or dimple of sorts in it. Is this likely an eye cap (or many) left on from bad sheds? Or dimpled eyes from low humidity/etc? I know I've had problems with humidity, just put in a wet hide box today.



Are ball eyes sometimes all black? Or are all eyes supposed to have color, pupils, etc? I assume this is a problem, but let me know if I'm just overreacting. Also, if it is, what can I do to fix it??
