I would suggest you contact TSK. They have been working with both for a few years and they have produced both. Are they the same? Not proven to be the case as of yet. I have spoken with TSK and other breeders working with different Calico lines for instance and they seem to notice some variations between them. The Sugar Line I am working with is from France via TSK.

PS: I would not say one is better than the other but I would say they could be different. Are all Pastels the same? Many lines to choose from. Are all Axanthics the same?
