Boa Temps in Southern California

I'm just re-establishing my boas in Southern California. I moved them from Colorado where I pretty much had to regulate the temps year round.

Here in SoCal it is much more temperate, although I do live near the Ocean.

I am setting up a detached room to keep my boas in. It doesn't have the central heating that the main house has.

I'm just setting up a 6 ft breeder cage and a couple smaller 3 ft cages for now. All have overhead heat.

Any ideas/Suggestions? would be greatly appreciated about how to handle heating. What temps to try to keep the room at and how to do so from other 'local' breeders.
