I'm Baffled..Don't know what it is...

Hey guys,



So I have two six month old ball pythons one a normal and the other a pastel. I noticed they both make clicking noises when they breathe and some spit in their mouth so I suspected a respiratory infection. I took them to a vet and he checked under the microscope and he said he didn't see any infection. Anyway he gave me Baytril and I'm done with their shots and the clicking noise is still here. I have noticed a pattern though. Whenever they sit on the cold side and get cold or I take them out and they get cold they get spit in their mouth. But they don't seem to have this when they are warm. I'm wondering, does anyone else have this occurrence? Maybe it's a normal thing? I'm wondering if this is even a Respiratory Infection. Any opinions will help
