pretty much just reduce hours of light each day by about half an over each week till you are down to 10 hours daylight, 14 hours night. Some dragons will brumate regardless of any changes inside the cage.
Cooler temperatures help but I don't recommend lowering daytime temps while still feeding regularly. If you want to lower temps, stop feeding about a week before lowering ambient temperatures about 10F day time over a period of several weeks (lower about 2-3 degrees til ambient is more around 80F instead of 90F. Note this air temperature, not basking temperature and in the warm end. Cool end can go as low as 65F at night)
For more details, do a forum or google search, this subject comes up every year at this time. ----- PHLdyPayne
