I agree with Ronnie, my B.Rat is about 7' and my first choice to show kids as he is calm, never one to bite. The babies and yearlings are nippy bit this I think is from fearlessness not from nervousness. (if that makes sence(?)) What I'm trying to say is that a fearless snake will calm down eventually and be comfortable with people while a snake that nips out of nervousness will always be skitish and unpredictable to a degree. (kind of like people, huh?)
