Yes a picture would be nice but you discribed a nice enclosure for the snake, I'd like to see that.
I have a black rat that is close to 7' now, had him since he was the size of a #2 pencil. It's my favorite snake for his personality. He's as gentile as a kitten but is also very active. There are big snakes that I could see being in a smallish enclosure as they are by nature quite inactive. Not a black rat though, mine is almost always prowling about(calmly). He's been in a 55 gal. tank but will soon be moved to a 125 so he can better stretch out in when I finally finish my reptile room.
I like how you've added a woodpile and such. I would like to see the setup.
