For starters a Surinam is a BCC it is also considered a Locality Boa .Which is basically the same as a Guyana Boa also Locality being Guyana. As are peruvian Boas BCC Locality
Peru etc... BCA Boc c Amarali Locality Bolivia some part of Paraguay ,South Brazil( South Brazilians possibly disputable as Amarali).Then Central America has its localities as well. A Locality is a region basically.
As we always tell people collect what you like the most. Because this is what your collection will consit of. Be willing to keep them all. As far as genetics go just learn the difference between recessive morphs Dominant and Codominant Morphs. The Snow Boa is an example of 2 recessive mutations in their Homozygous form. The Moonglow is the same except it is also a Hypo Boa.

snow = Homozygous Albino & Homozygous Anery
moonglow = Hypo that is Homozygous Albino & Homozygous Anery
