This male is probably pushing 8' and was overfed most of his life, now that he is with me we have been working on that.

His diet has been a slow project, he is eating one large rat once a month and during nice weather gets to crawl in the rocks and grass.

Here is my question this animal has shed his skin in single peices since he has been with me (over a year now) I have never had a single problem with him.
Last week I received a large male and female Suriname and put them in quarantine in another part of the house, about ten minuets later it was like someone turned on a switch and this male started cruising the cage and ten minuets after that he regurged a rat that he had eaten four days prior.

He was the only male that displayed this behavior cruising the cage, but it is the regurge that I am concerned about. Nothing has changed as far as temp's and humidity.
He continued to cruise for about four hours and then settled down again, the only thing I can come up with is maybe he was keying in on the pheromones of the new female that has already been cooled.

I got him out today to clean and he appears completely fine and as always strong as an ox. Anyway here are some pic's from today this guy is also the male with black eye's and probably the most color and contrast of any in my collection ( IMO )

Thanks for your time and any input
Joel
