Posted by: jaymiller242 at Sat Nov 8 19:02:49 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by jaymiller242 ] I have a chance to pick up a beautiful little female Cinnie about 150 grams with a great stripe about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch wide going the whole length of her. Problem is he is asking $450 for her and I dont know if it is a genetic thing or not. Does anyone know if Cinnies tend to have genetic stripes from time to time or if it might just be nothing more than a chance anommolie. Any ideas would be appreciated or I might just hear breed it and find out. If that is the case maybe someone with genetic stripe experience could tell me if I would need to breed it to another striped one or would a female that was genetically striped tend to have clutches of babies with stripes? Any help would be very much appreciated, Jay | ||
