Digns of legit HET offer?

What are the signs of a legitimate offer for anything 100% or even possible het? I know that chances must be taken with possible hets, but what about 100% hets? Should paperwork be involved? What do you all personally provide as breeders to the people who buy from you, or as buyers...what do you look for/should look for?



I ask because I am thinking of buying not only a spider but a 100% het ghost pair. I was wondering how I should prove they are full hets, so that I'm not just getting tricked. I have seen photos of them, and they look different from normals a bit...but I don't know how I can garuntee how legitimate the breeder is and I just...really need to know.
