The best way too do that (sometimes the only way) is too work with someone that you know has been around, a big name breeder, or someone that you have had a friend or someone buy from. I have gotten a few hets this past month or two from both kind of sources and I'm very content that I got what I paid for. If it seems like a shady kind of deal, I wouldn't pay for it.
