Pour strips of flour in the threshold of every door and around all the bottoms of large appliances (like the stove, the washer/dryer, the fridge, the dishwasher) than go to sleep tonight. Typical of the snakes they are, they hide during the day, and than come out at night when the house is quiet and dark. In the morning, hopefully some of the powder will be disturbed and you can track down where he went. Its completely harmless to the snake and easy to vacuum up. Good luck!
