You can also try a long soak and then place in a VERY rung out damp lightweight pillowcase (Don't wet all of it). When I did this, it only took about 4 or 5 minutes to get the shed off. The soak is important, as it will loosen the skin and the rubbing from the pillowcase should gently rub it off.
