and during my first breeding season in 08 made 2 new combos from morphs that are not expensive or rare (have been around a nearly a decade or more).
The Butter x Cinnamon (Lithium) and the Butter x Yellow Belly (Butter Belly). The Butter Belly is a male ( October hatch) and the plan is to put him on a few morphs late this season and make other new stuff.
I also proved 4 new morphs and have 2 other captive hatched males that seem to surly be throwing visual hets. Both are cool, but the one is different than ANYTHING out there. I am SO sure they are supers and am going to roll the dice and put them on a morph rather than wait for their daughters to grow up -- not what most would do I understand but I don't think I could stand the wait!!!
The big guys SHOULD be able to make animals that most of us can't. They have been around many years, paid their dues, and spent much time, money and energy with their collections. Most of them should be only be respected and admired for that I think. ----- Bill Buchman
