I posted my lock-up of my male super pastel to my bumblebee female. They remained locked for over 24hrs. After they seperated I left the male in for a while then it was time to seperate and offer food. They both ate without hesitation. Heres my question, the male after being introduced after they both had some time to let their food digest doesnt seem interested anymore. There have been no lock-ups and no courtship. Is this common? Im lucky that this male will be dedicated to this female for the entire breeding season so Im able to breed them often. Should I be worried and start to try out some tricks to stimulate or will he begin to breed again when he's ready? Thanks in advance, Sean.
