Check to see if there are any hard spots in the belly. If there was any of the yolk sac remaining undigested this would cause a hard spot, and a blockage. If that is the case try soaking it for a day or so in some luke warm water, this may allow the muscles to relax enough to pass the blockage. This is no guarantee that it will fix it but it can't hurt. I had this happen to a hatchling but the blockage was too big to pass and the baby did eventually die. I have also had hatchlings that were just that spooked by daylight for like the first 3 months of their life that I had to keep them in total darkness in that time frame. They were also regurgitating anything they ate. This did work but the baby is now over a year old and still a finicky eater, but he doesn't regurgitate his food anymore.

Hope this helps.
