i have a problem..

i recently bought a young female ball python, about two months of age. ive had her for 2 weeks, and she is yet to eat for me. ive tried multiple sizes of f/t mice, but to no avail. should i go back to step 1 and try lives mice, or would scenting the mice work, if so with what? any help would be greatly appreciated.
