Definitely go with what the previous poster had to say. Find out what she ate before you got her, check and control temperature. There are many factors that could be involved. Most importantly though, I would say, give your new serpent some time to get adjusted to its new environment. When she feels secure enough to come out and eat, then you know you've done your job.
