I personally would move him to a smaller container(if its a hatchling a 6 qt shoe box or less) and some heat tape or a heat pad.
I use Aspen shavings.
Get him up to about 80-85 and he should start eating again in a week or two. Although it is OK for them to go off feed this time of year I usually let them eat on up to a good size then start the cooling down, etc. That is all up to you, really.
I wouldn't worry about him to much - just make sure to monitor his weight, and make sure water is avail. Just be patience and persistent and he will come around for you.
