Hello all, I'll try to keep it short but I had a sewage problem in my basement (aka: snakeroom) and had to clean everything. The cleaning company came the next day and said that all chemicals were completely safe, even with reptiles. I was very hesitant but I agreed. Big mistake...after spraying for about and letting the chemicals sit for 45 minutes to dry out, I went to check the water situation (dehumidifier on to help dry out room...didn't want snake dishes to be dry). I found 2 of my mandarin ratsnakes (one CH one CB---both parasite free) dead. The man did spray in the room. They were elevated, but his sprayer was waist level and the 2 that died were in the same area (had other snakes there but no other deaths). I was devastated. It was odd...I was thinking maybe it could have been something else...but BOTH bodies weren't stiff yet, one was 2 years old and the other a year, and the time frame and compounds in the ingredients. I was thinking of doing a histopath to find if they were poisoned (too expensive to do specific chemicals). What do you think?



Any info on the chemicals would be appreciated, especially toxicity reports with reptiles
