hi everybody,
first of all, lemme just introduce myself, this being my first post here.
I'm leeroy AKA Salix 21 years old live in Belgium. got snakes for bout 5 or 6 years now.
I have 5 Brazilian rainbowboa's, and recently 2 ball pythons and 3 housesnakes
now the problem I have is with the housesnakes. they are 3 male babies. tried twice to offer food, here's what I tried already
leave thawed pinky overnight
warm up under tap
braining
wiggling the pinky with tweezers
the responds I get, is that they get real aggressive striking at the pinky over and over again, but as soon as they taste it, they let go that is if they get to the point of actually sticking on it long enough to taste.
things I intend to try:
feeding tail
cutting off piece of head so brains are more exposed
and last resort live pinky
now I was hoping someone here could have some tips or just some advise, although they only refused twice and I'm not worrying. I just want to get some info and such. also on the tail feeding, do I just cut it off and wiggle with it or how do I just make this happen?
with kind regards
Leeroy
P.S. is my sentences are somewhat incorrect or I used the wrong words sorry bout that.
