The cages on top have radient heat panels on the ceiling radiating downward. The tubs have heat cable routed in the floor with aluminum channels to help disburse the heat evenly.
They are actually fairly old racks, I've had them a few years and the guy who I got them from probably had them over ten years. I estimate late 80's to early 90's. They were made by Sandmar Industries using top grade materials. Very well constructed and still solid as the day they were first put into use. ----- Thanks,
