Try making her container 80-85 thru out the whole cage, so she doesn't have the option to get in the low 70s side. Do that for a a week then try again.

Dip the mouse in water and do what the other poster suggested - tickle the bottom side of her mouth with the mouse.... usually they will start drinking(from the wet mouse) and cant resist on going on and start swallowing (this has work good for me as well).

Although, I have stated this before, and I will this time to. If she has a good weight on her and don't lose much/any weight then your just going to have to be patient - let her eat when she is ready to - sometimes hogs are that way - especially this time of the year.
