if you were to insulate the room the heat from the cages would raise the ambient temp if that didn’t bring it up high enough I would go buy a heat bulb and put it in the middle of the room it would have to heat up then & human heating pads from Wal-Mart are a cheap easy way to heat up one side or both of the tank but insulation wont jack your energy bill like heat bulbs and heat pads one last thought gas of propane fire place with a thermostat
