Good idea. You have to take him to the vet. I had a case of RI about 2 months ago, and my vet prescribed Baytril. 10 days of Baytril shots cleared him right up. I called the vet as soon as I notice the symptoms, and he told me to bring the snake in right away. The 'after hours' visit and meds were only 18 bucks. The snake did go 6 weeks without eating afterwards though. I imagine the shots stressed him out a lot.

Pleased to say that my snake has made a full recovery and has resumed normal feeding routines. Although, he is still quarantined for precautions.
