It takes a big man to apologize. I didn't think it was very bad, actually I didn't even understand it. I made a post once that I thought was humorous, but my wife thought it was rude. I did the same thing you have done, apologize. When things are written, they might sound a little different than if they were spoken in person.
However, I did see the irony of a newbie giving incubator instructions. when he actually needed advice himself.
Matt, your excitement and enthusiasm reminds me of what we all experienced at the beginning. Do as much research as you can and ask questions, one day you'll know it all, just like the rest of us.
